Our Story

Mariah has worked in the restaurant business since 2008 and has always had a passion for creating a good customer experience, as well as a delicious cocktail! If you live in the Hartford County area, you may recognize her as your local neighborhood bartender at Beachland Tavern. Taking part in multiple bartending competitions over the years she quickly realized she found her passion in this business and wanted to take on a new challenge.  In doing so, Mariah left the corporate world behind and whole heartedly jumped in on her new endeavor. Convincing her husband to drive to Rhode Island to pick up a 1990's horse trailer is when the dream became a reality and

Cocktails & The CARRIAGE was born.
